The IMSS in Mexico, its new Law

Social security is the widest expression of an organized human solidarity (institutionalized), in order to protect health, life and income levels of its members and their families against the risks inherent in life itself. It is a social collective responsibility, achieved only through public action, which compliance becomes an obligation of the state and collective work.

The Mission of the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social is to give Mexican workers and their families with adequate and timely protection against contingencies such as sickness, disability, aging or death. Social Security is intended to guarantee the human right health, medical care, protection of livelihoods and social services necessary for individual and collective welfare.

Therefore our services in this area were created to reduce risks as well as managing the workload of companies giving our customers stillness trough:

• Submit of workers affiliation movements
• Payment of social related employer commitment
• Post workers disabilities to IMSS
• Determine Labor Risk Index
• Integral Process: Covers the entire operation of IMSS in the organization (validation, certification and correction processes)

IMSS has been updated in recent months to its law reforms, which were very important for better management of the deficiencies that currently perform some service providers, such as: avoiding payment of fees, health services denials and wage simulation.
