En AGENTIA contamos con apoyos importantes para el personal y también para el mundo y la sociedad, así es FOMENTO, parte esencial de nosotros.

Buscamos un equilibrio entre hacer negocio y aportar algo a cambio a nuestra sociedad por medio de actividades que transciendan en la sociedad y que motiven a la integración grupal de nuestra empresa.

En una empresa ESR como AGENTIA, FOMENTO se divide en 4 importantes secciones:

 

Sports

Support the staff to participate in recreational activities, to accept new challenges and discover new personal limits, in addition to provide to the athletes the opportunity to live a very meaningful experience that transcends his personal life, family and work.

We also have a soccer team that represents us in tournaments and that appears as a staff initiative that integrates and an enthusiastic and fun team.

 

Ecology

Our Campaign promotes activities of social responsibility related to the environment and, additionally, take to a  group integration.

In our offices are working to be a responsible organization with measures such as waste separation of recyclable materials, reuse of sheets, care of the electricity and water, we want to encourage people to learn and take the pleasure to put these care also at their homes.

Here and in our blog, called TIPS, you will find ways to  take care of the environment with simple actions in our homes and offices.

 

Culture

Seeks to awake and develop the esthetic and spiritual sensitivity in both the team and in the various entities with whom they have contact. This will be achieved through the dissemination and participation of art, through the seven classical arts: painting, sculpture, dance and theater, literature, architecture, music and film. From this forum will be generated esthetic, social and educational contributions  to the community.

 

Community

 

Also known as social work which goal is to promote the  social change, problem solving and the development of human potential to increase the welfare in the community through the interaction with different teams around AGENTIA.

We seek to be agents of change in the society and in the lives of persons, families and communities with whom we relate to transcend  the society.
