Among other functions according to customer requirements, this platform gives us support in all phases of the process, and perform preventive measures, certification, revision or changes needed or suggested.

Design

Platform design is based on a general cyclic model, which starts on customer’s requirements, passing through operation design itself, training and certification stages and metrics, review and fine adjustment final stages, as shown in figure below:

Operation

Purpose of initial phase is to get involved in customer’s business, contact channels, product / service constraints and all general requirements (critical characteristics, acceptance criteria, EHS regulations, special skills, previous experiences).

Operation design stage consists in correlate customer’s needs to Agentia’s solution proposal, must accomplish cost, quality expectations and constraints.

Purpose on training and certification stage is t reduce learning curve and minimize risk in operation. Metrics and reviews phase is to monitor operation control performance or determine opportunities to improve performance.

Fine Tuning

In any operational system, planned, designed and operated according to customer requirements and experts' recommendations, at AGENTIA, the service platform is completely flexible and we can, if required at some point or critical stage, perform appropriate adjustments to achieve goals so that our clients are completely satisfied.
