Eslabón is a solution aimed at satisfying the needs of Management and Continuous Development of Human Resources area with the purpose of caring human capital and increases their productivity. Its modules are:

Data Mart Eslabón: intelligent Cube dynamic query data and indicators that can navigate through dimensions, from general information such as company, area, department, because in great detail by employee or concept, provided  with an opportunity to record the results in Excel for the fast construction of unplanned reports.
